Are your products original?

Yes, here in SDL Sneakers all our products are 100% original.

Can I exchange size if it not fits?

Currently we don't do size exchange. So, please be sure of the size of your ordered products. If you have further questions regarding sizing, please don't be hesitant to contact our customer service department!

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Can I refund my purchase?

Refunds can only be made for items that are proven fake. To refund the purchased products, you will need to show an unboxing proof in video format. The SDL tag needs to be attached the whole time from the unboxing video until the products return to SDL. If tag is detached, the refunds cannot be processed. Refunds is valid for 3 days since the package received based on AWB.

Do you have an offline store? I would like to make a visit and purchase offline.

When will my order be processed?

Right after payment was made and confirmed, we will shortly processed them.

Do you take orders during weekend?

Yes, we do. We will process your order in the weekend or public holiday.

Will I receive any confirmation after placing an order?

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours. A following email will be sent regarding the shipping and the tracking information.

Do you ship cross island, outside Java?

Yes, we ship all nationwide within Indonesia. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Is it safe to ship cross island?

We ensure to pack every order securely. For orders out of Java Island we recommend to add on wooden packing (JNE service) for a secure shipment process. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.

Can I choose Cash On Delivery (COD) method?

No, we only accept online payments done through our website when you checkout.

Why hasn't my package arrive?

Please check the status of your shipment status directly to JNE’s Customer Service. SDL Sneakers does not have access to more detailed information. In addition, SDL Sneakers is not responsible for any delay or potential damage occurred after the shipment leaves our warehouse. If your package is marked as delivered within JNE tracking system, but you have not received it, please contact your receiving department. Failure of your receiving department is not the responsibility of SDL Sneakers.

How long does it usually take to deliver to [location]?

Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Cross island deliveries can take anywhere from 5-7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. For delivery fee and duration of the shipment are relatively different depending on the location and courier that you choose.
